Our strategy

We finance early stage companies,corporate spin-offs and turnaround situations that have the potential to become world leaders.

We invest primarily in Europe.

We invest progressively in the development of our portfolio companies. Over several rounds of financing, we may commit up to €25 million in a single portfolio company. We may also invest a few hundred thousand euros in a seed project.

We are active investors. We invest as the lead or co-lead investor, and as such will hold a board seat in the portfolio company. Our extensive network of contacts and our accumulated experiences over time allow us to strongly support the development of the companies we finance.

Investing in tomorrow's leading companies requires thinking global: we have offices in Paris and have a sister organization in San Francisco.

In both sectors,

• we place great importance on intellectual property (IP) and
• we give special attention to spin offs or teams that launch from big companies.
