Protector Suite 2009 Software Adds Support for Windows 7 and the Windows Biometric Framework

UPEK, Inc. today announced the launch of Protector Suite 2009 software, the
latest version of the award-winning fingerprint sensor software already used on
millions of laptops, which now supports Windows 7. By incorporating support for
the Windows Biometric Framework (WBF), Protector Suite 2009 can be used with any
fingerprint sensor that is supported by the WBF. Protector Suite 2009, which
also supports Windows Internet Explorer 8 and Firefox 3.5, is now available for
the first time as a free trial version at www.upek.com/ps2009.

Protector Suite 2009 works with fingerprint sensors in computers and peripherals
to protect users from identity theft and to make it easier to access personal
information such as password-protected web accounts. Computer users can simply
