Seeking financing

Sofinnova Partners provides equity financing for start-ups and early-stage companies operating in the areas of the life sciences and technology.

Here is the procedure to follow:

Step 1

Send the following information to the e-mail address deal@sofinnova.fr
1. a brief, one-sentence description of your company’ mission.
2. a one- or two-page synopsis of the project, highlighting:

• the target market and its size
• your company’s competitive position
• the management team
• your project’s development stage and financing needs
• contact information for your company’s CEO (name, address, e-mail address)

3. a Business Plan including a detailed description (in Word or PDF format) and a financing plan (in Word, PDF, or Excel, with layout but no external links. Zip format accepted).

We will not process applications sent by fax. We will process applications sent by mail only if they contain a Word version.

Step 2

Our team will acknowledge receipt of your application by e-mail.
We will then study all the information provided and contact you if we are interested in your project.
Several interviews between your project leaders and the Sofinnova Partners team may be necessary as you present your proposal to the investment committee that will make the final investment decision.
The time between submission and this investment decision can be between one week and three months.
